PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHY
Tyree Jackson is a seasoned cybersecurity and IT leader with 26 years of experience supporting enterprise technology, cybersecurity, information assurance, and communications across complex Department of Defense environments. His expertise includes CMMC, NIST, RMF, FISMA, cybersecurity risk management, enterprise security, and workforce development.
Throughout his career, Tyree has served in senior cybersecurity and technology leadership roles supporting the U.S. Navy and Department of Defense, including directing cyber operations, adversarial threat-emulation activities, enterprise network security, vulnerability assessments, and cybersecurity readiness. He has led teams of up to 80 cyber professionals and managed enterprise IT environments supporting thousands of users and systems.
Tyree also brings extensive instructional experience, having taught cybersecurity, cryptography, and information assurance and helped more than 400 students progress to graduation through technical instruction and mentoring.
At Jakes Technical Solutions (JTS), Tyree serves as a Senior Cybersecurity & CMMC Instructor, bringing decades of operational and leadership experience into practical, certification-focused training.
