ENROLLMENT POLICIES
Clear terms before you pay.
These enrollment, voucher, and cancellation terms apply to Fall 2026 academies (certification academies and JTS Claude Skills Academy). Paying tuition means you accept these terms.
ENROLLMENT
How a seat is secured
- A seat is secured after full tuition payment is received.
- Each academy has a capacity of nine learners.
- The Fall 2026 application reference date is September 18, 2026; schedules are finalizing (soft open).
- Completing payment implies acceptance of these enrollment, voucher, and cancellation terms.
WHAT TUITION INCLUDES
Instruction, voucher & support
- Live instruction as described for your academy.
- One exam voucher covering one exam attempt where listed on the academy page — no retake guarantee. JTS Claude Skills Academy has no exam voucher (non-certification; JTS skills completion only).
- Testing support where applicable.
- The JTS approximately 85% readiness target is a preparation goal for supported testing. It is not the certification provider’s official passing score.
EXAM VOUCHER FULFILLMENT
When and how vouchers are issued
- Vouchers are issued after enrollment is confirmed and any required readiness check is completed.
- A voucher is not issued before written terms are accepted (payment constitutes acceptance of these terms).
- Vouchers follow the exam provider’s expiry, region, and eligibility rules.
- Once a voucher has already been issued, related costs may be non-refundable under supplier terms that were disclosed before purchase.
CANCEL & RESCHEDULE
Refunds and transfers
- 7 or more calendar days before the academy start date: full refund.
- Within 7 calendar days before the first live session: transfer to a later available cohort, or a refund minus only actual non-recoverable voucher or licensed-material costs that were disclosed before purchase.
- If JTS cancels or changes the academy dates: full refund or an optional transfer.
- After the academy starts: withdrawal requests are reviewed case by case under the final rule disclosed before payment.
- No future transfer date is promised until that later cohort is scheduled.
Before you pay. Review your academy’s schedule details (live-session times for CompTIA Security+ SY0-701, PMI CAPM®, and JTS Claude Skills 6-day hybrid are published on each academy page; Claude Skills exact clock times are finalizing). PMI CAPM® is JTS education toward the 23-hour rule—not PMI Authorized/ATP. JTS Claude Skills Academy is a non-certification 6-day hybrid skills offering with owner-confirmed October 19–24, 2026 dates and $400 tuition; exact daily clock times are still finalizing. Square Pay Tuition is open for this academy. Where open enrollment Square checkout is offered, completing payment charges your method. Square dashboard wording is managed separately by JTS.
