Your included exam voucher
Tuition includes one exam voucher for one attempt. Vouchers are issued after enrollment is confirmed and any required readiness check is completed — not before these terms are accepted. Vouchers follow the exam provider’s expiry, region, and eligibility rules. Costs for a voucher already issued may be non-refundable under supplier terms disclosed before purchase. Certification readiness & support
The learning model combines live instruction, independent / CBT study, hands-on labs, knowledge checks, and practice exams. The JTS approximately 85% readiness target is a preparation goal before supported testing — not the certification provider’s official passing score.
Local learners can access the JTS Pearson VUE testing center where the applicable exam is available. Exam eligibility and appointments must be confirmed. Remote learners can discuss applicable testing options with JTS.
ENROLLMENT TERMS
Cancel, refund & transfer
- 7+ days before start: full refund.
- Within 7 days before the first live session: transfer to a later available cohort, or refund minus only actual non-recoverable voucher/licensed-material costs disclosed before purchase.
- If JTS cancels or changes dates: full refund or optional transfer.
- After start: case-by-case under the rule disclosed before payment.
- No future transfer date is promised until that cohort is scheduled.
